Early Christmas Present

I love taking pictures and I think I started getting interested in photography around Adrienne's graduation. I took a lot of pictures when we were preparing for her graduation and at her graduation ceremony/party. Since then I have been taking pictures whenever I get a chance to! So last week I got my early Christmas present: a Canon camera! Since we are going out of town for Thanksgiving, my dad thought it would be good to have the camera for the trip. Here is a pic of the cam....

This is one of my fav pictures I have taken so far (our tree in our front yard)

Its is a lot of fun learning to use all the different kinds of settings! I am really looking forward to taking pictures when we go out of town! (Helena, Arkansas/Memphis, Tennessee).

That's all for now...

I Love this Song!

Create in Me
(Psalm 51)

Words and Music by
Joel Sczebel and Todd Twining
Bridge by Charlotte Elliott (1835

Verse 1

Please have mercy on me, O God
According to Your steadfast love
Blot out my iniquity

Verse 2

Whiter than the snow that falls
Is the soul washed in Your blood
I’m guilty; come cover me

Chorus

Create in me a clean heart, a pure heart
You are the joy of my salvation
Create in me a clean heart, a pure heart
Here in Your presence I will sing

Verse 3

Sin has brought me to my knees
Mercy lifts me to my feet
Gratefulness is filling me
Bridge Just as I am, without one plea
But that You shed Your blood for me
And You bid me come
O Lamb of God, I come

You can listen to a clip of this song on the Sovereign Grace website.
